What ACM sheet sizes are available?
The calculator includes standard 2440×1220mm, 3050×1500mm and 4050×1500mm sheets. You can also enter a custom sheet size.
What does utilisation percentage mean?
Utilisation shows how much of the sheet is used. 80%+ is good. Lower utilisation means more waste — consider reordering panel sizes.
Is this for Dibond and Alupanel too?
Yes. ACM, Dibond, Alupanel, and similar aluminium composite boards all share standard sheet sizes — this calculator works for all of them.
Does it account for saw kerf?
No — the calculation assumes zero-kerf cuts. For saw-cut jobs, factor in 3–5mm per cut in your waste allowance.
